I have been exploring couple of local cafe in Singapore in last couple of days... They all seem to come up with some delicious toast... And surprisingly enough, another common item in these café is egg! So much for 'Tong Dokan' of Singapore!
You will usually see different types of tea there, including 'Tea-O' and 'Tea-C' being the most common ones. As far I remember 'Tea-C' is with milk, while the other one is without milk. By the way, when I say 'Tea' in Singapore, read 'Tey'... So basically, you say something like 'Tey-O' and 'Tey-C'... Complicated.. Eh? But they taste good... Specially the toasts.
