I'm writing after a long time today.... And I must say the time of writing is almost the same as before.... It's 6.30AM now and actually I didn't just wake up, I will go to sleep after writing this.

So, what's happening around me? One sentence answers everything: "Time has changed...". Does it actually represent my condition? I guess NO. I have to write million other sentences with that to explain my situation. And I'm not going to punish my fingers and neck that way.

I'm waiting for a good thing to happen in my life. Comparing to many people's life I am in heaven now... But inside my heart and mind it's totally messed up. Tons of bad memories, bunch of bad news, frustration for some new ugly discoveries... These are the things going on with my life now. Don't I need a good thing to happen right now?

It's freezing cold here now... I am wearing jackets inside my room though all the windows are closed.... The world outside is foggy... Some people from the neighborhood are making weird sounds... I guess they just woke up and will go for work shortly... Only the birds are super-active right now... I don't know what's wrong with them... They don't have to go for work... So, why don't they sleep inside their nest for a while? If I were a bird I would never go out now... But they are the real happy soul... When I think of freedom the first thing comes to my mind is a flying bird... It's amazing how they manage to live and fly happily... They don't do any nasty politics.... They don't kill other birds like we do... They don't even cheat with another bird.... OR..... do they? I will never know... Because I can't read their mind!

I wrote a crap.... And know what, I can continue to write craps now for more than 2/3 hours if I want to... But that will make me delete this post sooner or later!

So, it's a goodbye.

Myna (শালিক) is one of the most beautiful birds commonly found in Bangladesh. Most of the time they are seen in pair. There is a funny superstition about this bird in this region..: If anyone sees a single Myna, it's a bad omen. To invalidate this effect one must see a green tree. There is also another superstitious belief about this bird....: If anyone sees a pair of Myna together then it's a good omen... And I guess no ones wants to nullify the effect of good omen. So, there's no such available superstitious process to nullify this :P

Below there are three pictures of Myna. One is of a single Myna and other two have pairs. After seeing the single Myna you don't have to run outside to see a green tree... rather just have a look on the green trees around this Myna. And rest two pictures are going to bring you something good. So, be happy :D

I was lucky until I couldn't understand anything!

I feel like writing after a long time! It's been a while infact... It's 7 in the morning and I undoubtedly announce that I didn't sleep whole night. We had Eid-ul-Fitr yesterday. Had a lot of journey and I am lot tired... But still I am awake! So, definitely I am going to write something about "sleep".. the sweetest thing on earth ;).

I have been working in a telecommunication company for last four months. And I guess I am too close to leave it. I always had difficulty in falling asleep. May be it's because of my childhood habit. The worst one I have for sure! But after joining my current workplace my habit was changed within a short time. I fell asleep much earlier, woke up accordingly. Now I am in a long vacation having a period of 9 days! So, that old habit landed on my life again and making me miserable! I know I have to put a lot of effort to get back to that good timing again. I came across some effective advices on how to fall asleep fast while browsing through the information web. Merging the tips I got from internet with my own previous experiences has given me a dependable output! :)

Feeling peaceful before sleeping is important

You might want to try them too! So I am not being so unkind to share them with you. :)

Read a book. If it's too interesting then you might not want to sleep but you would feel more sleepy for sure.
They always advise to not to watch TV before sleeping. I don't know why. But every time I watch TV lying on a comfortable sofa it becomes hard for me to keep my eyes open!
Tea and Coffee should be avoided after evening.
Before going to bed, you might want to do some household chores like cleaning up your room or arrange your messed up books in the bookshelf. Well, work will make you tired. And you will surrender to sleep faster.
Don't be worried about anything. Well, worrying never helps. If you are worried for something, do something which may solve it. But just thinking about it is just a waste of time. Install this program into your brain! It's tough I know... But not impossible.
Taking a soothing bath is also a good catalyst. It also makes your woes and worries much weaker!
Don't smoke before going to bed. Every cigarette you smoke pushes your desired sleep at least half an hour away!

As I have done a lot modifications, addition and subtraction to the tips I got from the net I should mention that these are partly based on my personal experience and had not been tested scientifically. :P. But I assure these are not useless. Try them and I believe you will get expected output.

So, here goes the new theme of my blog... I was very confused at first about how to customize and which color should I prefer and etc... Later... I customized an official blogger template which resulted in this theme. I kept it simple and fresh.. meanwhile added some new options while removing some others.

Few things to mention about the new theme:

The image you are seeing below the header is "featured image". This image is not fixed with the theme. I will change this image occasionally which may express many things and I will try my best to always put something meaningful there.
I have added pages to my blog and other links. myclickz™ is my new photo-blog loaded solely with my captures. While uploading contents there, I promise I will be very choosy. So you are welcome there anytime! :)
There is a "chat-box" where you can shout!

Case Study 1:

Three friends are busy in hangout.... They are listening to the same songs... Or probably watching a video together... Someone says, "Hey, do you guys know what happened in Texas today?" Others replies that they don't know. Then the guy says, "Okay buddies, no problem! Just check this link". After they checks it, they starts laughing together. Well, it is something funny for sure.

Case Study 2:

Two lovers meet each other after a long time. They don't get much time to see each other because of their busy schedule. Last time they met in January. Now, it's July. But shockingly, they are not talking that much. They are not feeling that excitement they should feel. Well, I should mention one thing, they both use cellphone and they talk everyday and night.

Case Study 3:

A 21st century 8th grader boy's conversation with his elder brother:

8th grader: Hey, do you know what I have heard?

Elder brother: What?

8th grader: X company has opened a new social networking site!

Elder brother: Really?

8th grader: Yes! Can you please invite me there?? My other friends are already enjoying it!

From the last few days, I have been feeling so uncomfortable with my activities over internet. I came home from work, the 1st thing I do is starting my PC. After that I go to freshen myself! 1st thing I do after opening my PC is opening my internet browser and click on some bookmarked social networking sites. I see someone saying "Hi". I see someone uploading beautiful photos of a landmark. I see someone sending me private messages. I see increasing number of friends in my friend-list....But where is the real thing? Where is the real greeting? Where is the real beautiful landmark? Where is the real message? Where are the real people, real friends? Where? I am too much lost in virtual world and I think most of the people are doing the same in this era. I feel I am missing the real thing. I don't disagree that WWW has made my life so easier. I don't disagree that I met so many nice people over the virtual world. But I can't agree that this virtual world should be this important in our lives. Importance is not the right word I guess. I think it's "time". We spend a lot of our time doing these things. I think it should be minimized. I think I should minimize it. I should maximize the time for real things in my life. I want real hangouts with real people. I want real laughter and real fun. I want real touch of my lover. I want my younger brother to be excited about real things!

I must mention, I am the oldest junkie of internet among the people living around me. Same goes for virtual networking and internet chatting. I inspired many of my friends to open accounts in many sites. Now all of them are very active there.... And all on a sudden, I am just not feeling comfortable here... I think I should back off... I think I need to realize this is not the real world... I feel like I am lost in a virtual maze.... A little door is out there somewhere... I know it's there... I want to reach that door... I want to conquer this maze... I want real air... real wind to blow my hair..... I want to get drenched in real rain..... I want to hear the real bird tweeting in the morning.... I want to enjoy real sunsets.... I want it all.... And I want it real.

Hey blogger buddies... This might be very old experience for you but it's a brand new one for me. Yes, the image says it all... It's Tumblr! One again, I was inspired by my friend Şenay's Tweet to have a look on that site. Right after I visited it, I was not understanding anything! LOL.. I was acting like a dumb and she totally helped me out! :P Well, after hours of surfing now I know what it is and I love it. The attached image is a funny one because it has nothing to do with the other websites it indicates but honestly, after Facebook, this site proved to be able to keep me busy with endless fun and vast open social networking.

Actually, it's our choice. Hatred makes things more complicated. This little world is too temporary. If you keep hating people for their specific acts, you just make them worse and you make your mind narrower day by day. By hating them, you just spoil their little chance to be improved.

Think about your faults... What do they tell you? You might have done something bad which you even didn't intentionally do. May be the cause was a particular situation. Human mind is not stable. It acts very differently from time to time and situation to situation. So you just can't judge anyone with some of their activities. Try to find something good inside them. It was bright morning. A little girl was born in the city of Dhaka. Her face was just as bright as the fresh morning light. She cried for a while. Then her mother held her. So closely. She was her precious gift from Almighty. Her father saw his little baby girl. A celestial satisfaction flew all through his heart. He thought to himself "this is might be the best feeling a man can ever have".

The little child started to grow up. With her tiny little steps she learned how to walk. With her ever thirsty tongue for chocolate she learned to talk. The little girl was a born artist. In her very early childhood she learned to draw... Beginning from the pictures of tiny little objects like her cute teddy bear to giant images of tree and warm villages... All kept her interest very strong... She loved colors.. She liked the rain... She liked to smile... She didn't know then that's the best gift she could ever have... "Her smile". She used to cry when no one understood her feelings, when no one understood that when she wants something she wants it without any cause, any logic... She just wants it... Her parents always tried to keep their little girl happy... Their little baby girl's smile was everything for them... This is how she grew up...

She is someone who is not used to with tolerating pain.. She can't handle it... She just cries whenever she gets pain.... Sometimes she shouts if she can't get what she wants... Little baby girl... What can you tell her? She is just not made for any kind of depression and sadness.... Whenever she gets a little depressed she becomes sick, weak... Her mother always stood by her side... Always thought her child as a little baby girl... Always wanted to keep her happy... It's hard for a human to look at her face when she is depressed... It's like.. "How can she be depressed?" She is made for smiling... She is made just for happiness...

She kept growing up.... In course of time, she saw how cruel this world can be... She was afraid of getting caught in this complexity... But reality didn't forgive her too... She had to face the cruel complexity of real world... She was defeated sometimes... People around her always took the chance of her simplicity... Many of them hurt her very badly... Well, when you see her smile, you will start to believe that actually there is a fairyland.... and this grown up little baby girl belongs to that place...

She is just made for this! In return what you get? Well, you can be a part of her fairyland... And believe me, you can never achieve anything better than that.

Well 13 seems to be lucky number for me as my 13th interview blessed me with a job at Huawei. Let's see where it takes me... Let's see how can I wake up in the morning and run for my job. It's raining here very frequently so it's going to be tough for me. LOL. But I got to do it. Hoping for the best.

When I was in the last year of university I never thought about what I would do after my graduation. Even in the last semester I didn't have any of these thoughts. The only thing that used to buzz around my head is "I have to complete my graduation" and that is it.

May be the worst part begins after that.

I took month long vacation after my graduation while my classmates were looking for jobs. Even then I didn't had any headache for job.

Then in mid January after two months of my graduation I started to feel that I need to find a job. From then my journey (!) of facing interviews had begun....

I have faced 10 interviews in last four months. Some of the interviews were followed by written exams! Only one of the interviews was held in Chittagong. Rest of them were in Dhaka. I missed few interviews too! I have passed 5000 miles on the highway in last four months just for attending interviews. Journey by bus was never worse! Sometimes it took double time to reach my destination. I have passed almost 140 hours only on the highway to attend interviews. Pretty weird. Just calculated it :P. People kept asking me why didn't you get yourself a flat in Dhaka city. What's next then? I wanted to get the job first before settling down in Dhaka. But that first job still seems a far away.

I don't know whether it's a good sign or not that I haven't concluded with frustration yet. But sometimes it tries to catch me. I made myself slippery so it always fails to grab me. Sooner or later it's going to grab me. I hope I at least start something before I fall into that position.

It's a great deal of experience which I have gained after running all these miles. I heard them say: "You are not worthy of your certificate". I have also heard them say: "You are over-qualified". I just didn't hear them say: "You are selected for the post". LOL.

I face a problem while I attend interviews. Right when I am infront of those guys who take interviews. I forget that these are the people whom I must impress to get the job. I remember it till the last second before I enter the interview-room. And right after that, haha, I don't know what happens to me. No. I don't feel nervous at all. I was nervous at the 1st one. So what is it? I forget the importance of the interview right after they ask me to have a seat. And I start saying whatever I want. At the last interview, when they gave a pause, I was thinking "Am I looking that frivolous like the way I am feeling inside?" Then next question broke my thought. Well, I don't know what is it. But I definitely know it's not doing any good for my interviews.

Well, I have another interview waiting for me on next Monday. I don't know what it's going to add to my portfolio but it's definitely going to add some extra miles of bus journey to my life.

This young man is trying to grab the man-made bird with his hand. He is my friend Emon, who is always cheerful and always the center of all hangouts.

It was a beautiful afternoon after a heavy rainfall in the morning. The air was fresh, the sunlight was mystic and the sea infront of us was jolly with its color. We ate some hot "Piaju", the hottest item of Chittagong Naval. We were enjoying the cool breeze and doing childish activities. It is always fun to go back to your childhood, isn't it? It's even better if it's with your childhood friends. The hangout continued until the sunset. The return journey was accompanied with songs from the voice of my another friend Jesun. Little moments... but give you big happiness.

He accepted the fact that he wasn't going to get anything from our car but he just looked and went away with this defeated look on his face.I wanted to give him money desperately! I wanted to tell him that everything will be alright.But instead i just had to hide my tears from my dad.Through the whole way, i thought about him and in my head i was imagining that i gave him money without showing to my dad.It was our secret and he was smiling at me."

That's why little children are angels. The only true angel among mankind. I wish I could be a child again. The way they think is a bliss. The way they feel is pure. The way they react is sinless. They are the perfect symbol of purity.

Green-Red Angels

I went to Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury stadium yesterday to watch the Bangladesh VS Netherlands cricket match. It was the 2nd match in Chittagong. Bangladesh defeated England in the previous match which was also held in Chittagong. Against Netherlands, it was an easy victory for Bangladesh. Approximately 18000 spectators were present at the stadium that day to cheer up the Bangladesh cricket team. There were Mexican waves, whistles and non-stop applauds all over the stadium. Many people painted their face with green and red. Many other went there with green and red apparels. While capturing faces in VIP gallery I came across these little angels... I named them Green-Red angels. I am sure you won't disagree with the 2nd part of the name. :)

I have no words to express this beauty

Love this song of the movie. The movie is slackly based on Homer's epic poem "The Odyssey". It's a fantastic classical comedy with the scent of adventure and crime. The all three stars (George Clooney, John Turturro and Tim Blake Nelson) acted awesome throughout the movie. I enjoyed the "Hair Gel" thingy of Everett (Goerge Clooney) and the stubbornness of Penny (Holly Hunter) for the special wedding ring. Girls...! :D

For the 1st time in the history of mankind, Bangladesh is going to host the Cricket World Cup 2011 along with India and Sri Lanka. The inauguration ceremony is going to held tomorrow in Bangladesh National Stadium in Dhaka.

Bangladeshi people saw their country upgrading to a better level within a few days. Roads of Dhaka are now glowing with lights. Fancy posters and interesting marketing policy have made it even better. You can see a huge cricket bat located near at the Airport Road which is sponsored by Beximco. They want mass people to put their signature on it!

Roads are seemed to be furnished with brand new look. Street hawkers are not making mess beside the road. It's neat and clean. Even if you want, you will not be able to throw anything on the road because of its cleanliness.

Security officials are ready to give the best security to the players. Hotels are ready to give their best service. And last but not the least, people of Bangladesh are eagerly waiting to greet the players with warm welcome.

You have your life. You have your lovely family. You have trusted friends. You eat delicious food. You listen to great music with expensive sound system. You watch movie in HD. You go travel and visit new places. You go shopping and buy what you what. But by having all these things together can you make this pure blissful smile just for posing for a photo!?

These children are from very poor family. I met them while collecting winter clothes in our nearby locality. May be they haven't been captured in a camera before by their own will. I took a lot of snaps of them. They were so happy to pose, so happy to smile and so happy to see their face on my camera. Pure Bliss!

Confined in a freezer !

The weather is freezing in our country at this moment. I have never seen this much cold in my entire life. The record lowest temperature of our country collected few days back in Jessore which was near about 4 degree Celsius. Usually I like winter but this time I don't... It's too much to tolerate! It's making me even more idle... I find it very hard to get up from bed and I should mention every shower in this winter is a dreadful struggle!

These are the people who suffer the most. Infact, in our country there are many of them who cannot afford winter clothes. 4 people died yesterday in Isshordi because of this severe cold. Wealthy people try to help them by donating winter clothes. But you know what... It's never enough.... You can never reach all the hands...

This is the thing I like most about winter.... Various kind of Pithas! In the picture you are seeing a "Vapa Pitha"... I miss my Grandma.... She used to make this Pitha every winter specially for me... I was a big fan of her Pitha.... May her soul rest in peace...

Tonight, during the regular session of Vandarians hangout at Court, suddenly I felt urge for eating broast chicken. I convinced some of my friends to join me... So we start walking... destination: MFC... 10 minutes walking distance from our court... I was in a very good mood tonight. While we were walking towards MFC a street-boy with one hand came across us... He begged a little for even more little amount of money. We didn't notice that much. We were laughing, telling jokes and going towards the restaurant. Suddenly I felt bad for that street boy. I thought I should give him some money.. So, I looked behind if he was still there... But no... He was far behind, might be looking for some other guy to give him some money so he could eat... he could get a winter cloth... The boy was wearing a tiny worn out t-shirt and a half-pant... Definitely not nearly enough to save the body from cold breeze of winter... My mood was so turned off... I lost urge for broast chicken. I was thinking of going back but I couldn't tell my friends that as I kind of compelled them to come with me... When we reached MFC, I felt bit better.... Because it was already closed. Yah, a lot better. I don't know why. Istiaque lost his packet of cigarettes on the street... He was also bit upset for that... (Not that upset, the funny-upset)... We took tea and after staying there 5-6 minutes we started walking towards our home. While returning I looked everywhere if I could find that boy... But alas.... I didn't... :(... I see a lot of disable children begging in the street everyday... Sometimes I give them money, sometimes I don't... But usually, I don't feel this much bad for anyone... I kept looking for that boy until I entered my home... No... He wasn't anywhere... I hope some kind person had given him some money so that he could atleast manage his dinner... The funny thing is that, Istiaque got his cigarette-packet back which was lying idly on the street... You can easily guess how happy he was...

This is a common face of any Bangladesh street.... There are innumerable children like her begging in the streets of Bangladesh.... Many of them are disable.... Again many others are used by begging-businessmen!

We waste a lot of money just to meet our unnecessary wishes... We have hobbies of millions of Taka (Bangladeshi Currency), we buy comfort with a lot of money, we spend a lot just for fashion... But we can't spend a tiny amount of money for the basic need of these poor children... How mean we are, how cheap and cruel we are...... No.... We are still far away from being a human... Far far away... May God bless us first before blessing those poor children...

Kua Kua!!

Kuakata is the only place in Bangladesh where you can see perfect view of sunrise and sunset. To know more about Kuakata you can Google it. Here's the Wikipedia link for Kuakata... You can have a quick look if you want.

Sabbir had been telling me about Kuakata trip for one month. We were not sure of going there. Our friend Arif came from South Korea on his semester break for one month. All he wants to do in his vacation is traveling. Once he heard about Kuakata tour he happily agreed to go. That's when me and Sabbir ended our confusion. We also convinced our friend Emon to join us. We were friends from college, Chittagong College.... That was a good time! I still cherish my college life... Well, I will write about my college life someday later. Today I'm going to share my experiences of Kuakata trip... And I guess it's better if I let the photos talk... :)

The River Padma at night. We were on a ferry then. Our journey just had begun.

Taken from another ferry next morning on the river Andarmanik. We were almost at Kuakata by then. The sun had just risen. And see the smile at Eshaque Bhai's face... No matter what's going on, he is always happy!

Look at the pose of this baby... We don't even know him... When Jitu saw her in the beach with her parents, she ran towards them and asked them if she could take a picture with their baby... The funny thing was that the baby started crying right after the shot... A baby always knows when to pose!

The thing I enjoyed most in Kuakata is bike-journey. There's no other transport available in Kuakata. I have also ridden bike for the first time in my life. It was good.... Makes me want to buy one :)

Just another week

World outside is shinny, the sun rays are coming through the curtains and annoying my eyes, the phone is ringing, my mom is shouting, birds are chirping, specially the crows which is not pleasant I must say... I bring my hand out of the blanket with a lot of efforts, then take my cellphone with even more effort and see the time. It's 1:00PM..!!

This is what happening to me this winter. I don't feel like doing anything! Even taking shower seems to be a tough work for me. I'm lazy, I acknowledge... but not this much! I have already missed two interview calls because of my laziness... My parents should throw me out of the home... But they are not doing it as they are so kind. :P

Went to Cox'sbazar two times in last ten days... 1st one was for an internship interview which was a waste of time... :@ and the second one was a sudden tour... We stayed there only for an hour... Got there, took coffee, took a quick walk on the beach... Then U-turn! Our car's engine failed when we were on the way to Chittagong.... That's what brought new twists and experience to that sudden tour... What happened to us when our car failed to start was horrible! It stopped disturbing at a scarily dark place... Nothing was around... No garage, no house, no stalls, nothing... just pure darkness in the long highway... After a really long time we got help from a local bus driver... He called his friend to bring a jeep which actually pulled our car to a nearby locality.... Then we easily managed it to home even with more flexibility... We all had a lot of fun during the return journey... But I'm never going to forget the walk I and my friend Neamul took to find out a garage at that highway....

কে বলেছে দাদা শহরে ধূলাবালি, যানযট আর উচু-উচু বিল্ডিং ছাড়া আর কিছু নেই? এই দেখুন... চট্টগ্রামের হালিশহর কে-ব্লকে ভান্ডারিয়ান্সের কোর্টে উচু-উচু বিল্ডিং আর আবর্জনার মাঝে কি সুন্দর কাশফুল ফুঠেছে! যুম্মার নামায শেষ করে আড্ডা দেয়ার সময় আমাদের প্রিয় বন্ধু নেয়ামুল, যাকে আমরা নেয়ামুল ডাকিনা, তার বড়-বড় চোখে ধরা পড়েছে এই ছোট-খাটো দৃশ্য, যাকিনা আমার C7 -এ মুহূর্তের মধ্যে ফ্রেইম-বন্দী হয়ে গেছে।

Yaba: So called Posh Addiction!!

Yaba, the Thai word for "crazy medicine," is a tablet form of methamphetamine. Nowadays it is the most popular addiction in metropolitan areas of Bangladesh. When it first came to Bangladesh in 1999 each pill had cost ~Tk1500. But now it's available at Tk250-400. Initially it was available in two or three special locations of Gulshan and Baridhara. But now Yaba can be delivered to home if ordered over the phone!

It is believed that Yaba has entered Bangladesh from Myanmar and Thailand. The most shocking news is, a Yaba making factory is recently discovered in Gulshan by RAB!!

Most addicts are aged between 18-30 but there are many younger and older users. Women are a major part of the total number of addicts. Many artists in the media are also addicted to it badly. As it is costly, mostly rich people go for it. As a result it has become a posh(!) drug in the city!

The temporary effects of Yaba which the addicts try to enjoy are: It stimulates body, increases alertness and awareness and keeps one up for long hours. It also stimulates sexuality temporarily.

Now, let's see what are the long-term bad effects of Yaba:

Tremor (An involuntary vibration (as if from illness or fear))
Hypertension
Hallucinations (A frequent hallucination is 'speed bugs' or 'crank bugs'. The user believes bugs live under his or her skin and becomes desperate to get them out.)
Paranoid delusions (a belief of a suspicious nature, where the person believes something is not right with them, another person(s), or the world in general, which poses serious problems for them. )
Violent behavior
Hyperthermia (Abnormally high body temperature; sometimes induced (as in treating some forms of cancer))
Convulsion (Violent uncontrollable contractions of muscles)
Agitation (A mental state of extreme emotional disturbance)
Anxiety and nervousness
Memory loss
Psychosis similar to schizophrenia (characterized by paranoia, picking at the skin, self absorption, and visual and auditory hallucinations
It causes damage to brain and makes a person act like a psycho
It is also believed to reduce the sexual power of an addict miserably as a long-term effect
Damages lungs and kidneys
Insomnia
Hair loss is also an indicator of a long-term user
Creates lower back pain
Death

People who intake Yaba don't understand the huge slow damage they go through. And Yaba addicts also think that they do it for fun and it's not actually an addiction. This idea is totally wrong. Methamphetamine in all forms is very dangerous and has a high potential for abuse and dependence. Moderate to chronic use of Yaba and other methamphetamines may lead to physical and psychological dependence, and even death.

The thing that's going on in Bangladesh is that being addicted in Yaba addicts may be inclined to behave like the smart boy who is bedded on wrong conception on smartness and personality. Smartness emanate from the principle of integrity, faith, justice and tranquility. They are usually found committing mistakes in defining smartness and modernity. They develop a passion for it and make it a style.

Remedy? Is in your hand.

But here's what you can do for the addicts:

Discuss the bad effect of Yaba with your friend who is an addict
Write about the bad effects and spread it. You can use newspaper, magazine, university magazines, your blog, notice boards etc
Give medical treatment to the addicted person
Make an addict understand how heavenly you feel just because you don't take it
Arresting the criminals who sell it and distribute it

Actually government has a lot to do to stop this. But as in reality, you can't depend on the government, you can put your little efforts to make your close ones withdraw it. These little efforts are the most effective.

This little table is located inside a tea-stall. The tea-stall is located beside a big petrol-pump. In this particular tea-stall you can find people of many categories: young, old, rich, poor and many others. This soiled table preserves the essence of many kinds of people. Some stop by here during re-fueling their vehicle, some are passers-by and some are the local ones. It doesn't get to be washed until a customer complains... You can see a blurred highway just infront of the table... and beside this highway the lifestyle is slack... This little dirty table resembles both the speedy and steady nature of human lifestyle...

Everything sums up to nothing... we end just where we start... just except we make some lovers and haters... I have always wondered why do we come to this world.... and why do we have to leave it after fighting so much for survival...? What's the idea of life? What does life actually mean? Some say, just enjoy it, some say, I want to be big, some others say, I just want to be right all the time..etc! But all these things mean nothing to you when you just release your last breathe... We fight for little reasons... we kill people even for a penny, we cheat with each other, we ruin others' life.. Poor us.... Poor life......

Among all the things I have learned, among all the things I have seen... I felt truly right just about one thing, one simple theory... theory of relativity... more in our life than the physics... You are great Einstein...!!

Poor lifestyle.... but yet, delicious.

You will find this type of delicious foods all over Bangladesh. They are unhealthy, they are cheap but they are very tasty. This specific food item shown in the picture is called "Puri". these foods are favourite to poor people and university students. Captured it from Yusuf Bhai's Hotel where Vandarians use to hang out everyday. I took the shot at the time of load shedding. The candle represents it well I guess.
